The project objectives are to develop and IDAM solution which provide TOLL Logistics with a single Identity Access management solution for all TOLL users across all domains.  To deliver a central repository for the management of digital identity access platform for TOLL identity management.

Our role was to perform Test and Release Management in the delivery of this project.

We carried out:

• Performance & volume testing  IDAM solution using offshore resources
• Environment management  Production, Pre - Production, SIT, Dev1 and Dev2
• Scheduling    Set up environments for teams testing in preparation of onboarding
• Stakeholders   Manage and test with stakeholders connecting to IDAM Platform
• Post Go Live Support  Managing IDAM support after GoLive - assess and resolve issues
• Release Management   Managing IDAM changes working with TOLL Release management
• Technical Team Management  Supervising technical staff and monitoring performance issues

We were engaged in a Program Manager role, delivering a major core network upgrade for St Vincent’s Health Australia group, key to provision of new of new CISCO switch technologies (VXLAN), enhancing network resilience and removal of critical business risk – redundancy of network services.

Working with key vendors in delivery of this new technology for critical infrastructure for SVHA.  This critical solution was successfully delivered.

We were engaged in a Systems Integration Test Management capacity for ANZ delivering the Project NPP (New Payments Platform) and performed 3 layers of testing -   Application Release, Program Pre-Industry and Industry.

We managed the Pre-Industry layer from a Systems Integration perspective involving a significant number of ANZ applications utilizing both onshore and off-shore (Bangalore, Singapore, New Zealand) resources.

• Release  Preparing non-functional testing of QOS requirements for application release drops
• Sys Integration  Manage System integration testing with systems, PTM/NPP Gateway, PAG/Emulator Severity Risks Report high severity incidents in Quality Centre and tracked till resolution.

• Defect Analysis Analysing the defects to find out the root cause of the issues

We were engaged to establish a testing function as part of the new Project Management Office due to an organisation restructure within their Technology Department.  We were asked to join the PMO to manage and lead the Testing Practice.  This was successfully delivered.

1. Delivery of a Test strategy documentation at different levels: Enterprise-wide test strategy to set up a test practice for the entire organization.
2. Application or product test strategies to facilitate the set up the test requirements for specific software products for its entire lifecycle.
3. Project level test strategy to set up test plans for a single project life cycle. Instituting quality gates for projects prior to deployment to the production environment.

• Automation - Established an automation framework and practice.
• Business case - Write a business case for extension to HP suite of tools to allow integration to Jemena’s SAP platform that allowed automatic alerts to be triggered when changes to stored procedures impacted passed test cases.
• Analysis - what needed to be retested ensuring regressions tests completed minimise down time.

Engaged by QBE Insurance across multiple roles for the OneHR@QBE global delivery Program

 As Senior Project Manager & Program Test Director, engaged to deliver the testing of the $30m Global HR Transformation Program, “OneHR@QBE”, a global Workday deployment into 39 countries, using existing teams (100+ people) across multiple “follow the Sun” work streams.

 We successfully delivered Systems Integration, Data Migration, Payroll testing, User Acceptance Testing and Service Rehearsal Testing for the program.  We were responsible for the successful delivery of testing across the Cloud Solution – Workday, which transitioned QBE’s four operating divisions with 17,000 employees across 39 countries onto a standard service delivery model supported by globally aligned business process.

 We successfully project managed delivery of the Workday “Benefits” functionality required for UK, Argentina and Hong Kong.  Including standardising process across core HR processes and new HCM, Payroll, recruitment and learning applications.  The program was managed on time and under budget.

Engaged as a Senior Project Manager for Jemena, we were accountable to manage the delivery of multiple $1+M projects including:

• IDAM project - Identity and Access Management (1Identity),
• ITSM replacement project - Service Delivery (Service Now), and
• Upgrade project for BMC Control-M

We had accountability for managing the initiatives from initiation (requirements, business cases, RFT’s, PMP) to successful completion.

We were engage across multiple roles.  Program Test Director and Program Release & Deployment Manager for Telstra Health’s $80+m National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR) program delivering solutions for both the Commonwealth’s Cervical and Bowel Cancer Screening Programs.

We were accountable for the provision of Testing Governance and Release Management Governance.  Delivering and implementing the Deployment Management framework for Telstra Health as part of their release managment plan.

As a Program Test Manager for Itron, we were engaged to deliver their customer's $8M Power of Choice Compliance Program for Australian Customers.  We were accountable for the provision of QA Governance across the 65+ person Program & DevOps teams (located in Australia, India, USA, Slovenia and Bosnia) and subsequently we performed a Program management  role for the close out of the program.

This included management and governance activities of Itron's offshore DevOps teams in the delivery of the program of work for their Australian customer - PowerCor/Citipower.  Our team spent 14 weeks in Bangalore, India managing the DevOps efforts directly on behalf of Itron's customer.  The program was successfully delivered to the client.

We were engaged in a Senior Project Management role to deliver AusNet's $8mil SCADA upgrade project.

The program was classified at risk and through the introduction of appropriate governance frameworks, financial, and time-line management, by us, the initiative was successfully delivered in line with requirements.  We managed to bring the project back on-line and were able to provide stakeholders and management with a clear understanding of project status, schedules, financial status, risks and issues management

We were engaged in a Program Test Directorship role, to deliver the testing of Computershare's $25m IC2 Transformation Program – North America (Canada & USA) program of work.

  As Program Test Manager for Computershare, we held end to end accountability to deliver the Testing of their Transformation Program. This included successful delivery of the Program Test Strategy and Master Test Plan (MTP) for testing activities, across transformation program, redevelopment, security infrastructure, middleware and backend systems.

This required overall team management responsibilities across several workstreams located in Australia, Canada, and the USA.

We were engaged in a Program Test Director role and Program Manager role at ANZ to work on multiple programs of work for them.

Directing all Testing activities for Wealth Launchpad Program ($50mil+) for ANZ Private Bank and provision of Program Management for various other activities within this program.

And, Directing all Testing activities on the REFORM Program ($170mil+ across 25 projects) for the Institutional Banking division.

We were engaged in a Program Test Manager role and successfully provided testing delivery for an end-to-end communications solution, within the telecommunication sector to Alcatel-Lucent's customer - Telstra.

Managing a large team (80+) for the integration test management delivery (~$100mil+) of Telstra's Titan Program ($1bil+) for their new Voice Switching technologies.

Ensuring that the geographically spread team (across Melbourne, Sydney, Stuttgart, Berlin, Chennai, Shenzhen) delivered to all major milestones on time or earlier than planned.  The team were successful in meeting all their delivery responsibilities.

We were engaged in a Senior Project Manager role for a project rescue, to troubleshoot and close out Shell Australia - Commercial Fuels' mission critical Asset Divestment project ($4.5mil), which had not progressed satisfactorily in over 2 years prior.

In enacting project management rigor and installing processes and governance, we were able to deliver the Asset Divestment project to completion within 10 months and ~40% under budget – saving Shell $2 million.

 During this project, we ensured:

 •  Compliance requirements were met for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulations and EPA regulations during the project.

 •  Project was succesfully completed

We were engaged as a Specialist Consultant - Testing by the CIO, for delivery of test strategy, governance, and mentoring for their BSR (Business Systems Renewal) Program.

This was a $120mil+ program deploying:

• an expanded financial systems (SAP FS-CD),
• data warehousing and business intelligence solution,
• an upgraded member service system platform (Oracle/PeopleSoft – CRM),
• a new health management and claims system (iMed), and
• an EAI solution to integrate these systems.

The Program was successfully tested and delivered.

We were engaged in the management of activities that include functional, load and performance, SIT, UAT and ‘end to end’.

The wagering network is a large heterogeneous network comprising of many technologies.

Responsibilities across a team of 38,we were engaged in wagering system test activities whilst collaborating with Business Representatives, Technology Managers, Enterprise Architects, Development and Vendor Management.
