I want to congratulate all team members on behalf of the NBCH
- Daniela Romero. Head of Personal Banking at NBCH.
In August 2020, we received a proposal from BE3GROUP to work together on a project for Nuevo Banco del Chaco (NBCH).
The system was developed as an online application form that allowed people to enter their data and apply for a loan with the NBCH Bank and the Provincial Institute of Urban Development and Housing (IPDUV).
The development cycle started with the creation of a prototype to show the client the intended functionality. We also included the epic, user stories and acceptance criteria for each user story.
Due to the short timeline “four days” for development, we had to apply an Agile/SWAT Methodology.
We reached the goal and we deployed the system on time and on target.
We knew how to get ahead overcoming obstacles and adapting to changing requirements.
- Rubén Fanucchi. CSH Business and Systems Analyst.
We received congratulations from the Product Owner from the NBCH
and all project stakeholders.
After the success of phase 1, the NBCH Bank decided to offer us a second engagement that they called phase two.
Phase two was a system that allowed the bank to administrator the loan applications received from phase one.
We delivered this complex application on time and on target in four weeks.
The Ministry of Production, Industry and Employment, was very satisfied with the work done. We delivered this complex application on time and on target.
We were contacted by the Ministry of Production, Industry and Employment of the Chaco (C.E.D.E.I.). They needed to improve their paperwork management system that used Bugzilla, which is a system for tracking and reporting errors. It is designed in such a way that it can be applied to almost any software development.
So the team, with a quick and agile list of requirements got down to work.
Bugzilla has an unfriendly interface for users with little computer experience.
The challenge for the team was to create a modern, intuitive and friendly solution with the possibility to customize the application with new fields and integrated these with buzgilla.
The application allows an administrator (issuer) to create and assign a new procedure to another user (receiver), the same is informed by email that a procedure has been designated and review the details in the system.
The receiver, when updating the procedure, places the end date and an observation, the same is informed of the change by email to the person in charge who assigned the procedure and this can confirm if it meets the desired expectations.
The project objectives are to develop and IDAM solution which provide TOLL Logistics with a single Identity Access management solution for all TOLL users across all domains. To deliver a central repository for the management of digital identity access platform for TOLL identity management.
